Interview: Yancy Butler (Witchblade, Wolvesbayne, Kick-Ass)

(NOTE: Turn the volume up.) Action Flick Chick Katrina Hill interviews action chick Yancy Butler, one of the few actresses to have played a comic book superheroine in a leading role. 2000-2002 Yancy played Detective Sara 'Pez' Pezzini on the TNT original series Witchblade which was still earning strong ratings when it went off the air. Yancy discusses her convention experiences and contemplates why there aren't more superheroine movies.

Yancy looks great! But I don't think that microphone was even turned on: It didn't get louder when it went closer to either of their mouths.

@cljohnston108 Sharp eye! The mic was turned on but it ran to backup audio, not directly to the video camera. The con was so noisy that the camera didn't always capture the sound as well as it did for this interview. That's why the sound in my Attack of the Show segment changes in quality. Sometimes it's the video camera's audio and sometimes it's the backup.
