The problem that many Realtors face when it comes to advertising is just that they are advertising to the masses vs. specifically targeting a niche market.

Imagine for a moment that you are at the Super Bowl the Teletron flashes a message that reads Hey Everyone look at the listing I have for sale

Frankly who cares and why would they?

You see unless there is a self serving message targeted specifically to the reader or target audience - everything is just noise.

Now how about this message Attention Owner of a Late Model Grey BMW its on fire in the parking lot!

If you were at the game, drove a gray Beemer, do think that message would grab your attention and more importantly move you into action?

You Bet it would!
