Airsoft is a sport. i play just because it is fun and tactical. it keeps you on your toes and is a huge adrenaline boost. i dont plan on joining the army or owning any real guns. its just a thing to do.

i think owning a real weapon is much more of mature persons responsibility. I know ex-service men happen to own airsoft guns but there done with there time and will have there fun.
