Some of the software instruments used were created by me or came from Apple's Rhythm Section Jam Pack ( http://www.apple.com/ilife/garageband/jam-packs.html ) and various instrument packs by Ben Boldt ( http://www.d.umn.edu/~bold0070/spymac_mirror/projects/instruments.html ).

Unzip the installer then run it to add them to your GarageBand instrument library. The guitars require Apple's Rhythm Section Jam Pack, but the synth instruments should work with just the instruments that come with GarageBand.

@Sykora727 Pretty much all of the instruments I use are either built-in, from one of Apple's Jam Packs or from one of Ben Boldt's instrument packs (link is in the description). Some of them are custom-made by tweaking the settings on existing instruments, adding effects on top of them, etc. I'm not aware of any other good sources of software instruments, though since I upgraded to Logic a while back I haven't really spent much time looking.

No one's probably gonna read this, but I’ll say it anyway cuz I feel at least 1 person will. I'm a young dedicated producer, I know there's a million out there but I feel like my music has a unique individual style.
