Your facts are retarded 1 no excessive force, he WAS resisting arrest with violence 2 A DOZEN OFFICERS? I counted 6 3 Has nothing to do with what happened 4 Has nothing to do with what happened 5 " " 6 " " 7 " " 8 " " 9 " " 10 " "
Was that violent? I didnt think so, so its not terrorism. your so paranoid. Do you think we should just get rid of the patriot act and hr1955 and give terrorists the upper hand? or should we just give up on fighting them all together?
The deliberate dissolution of our borders (our national sovereignty). The attempted killing of our Constitution through the Patriot Act, Military Commissions Act, John Warner Defense Act, and NOW, the death blow to freedom, HR 1955 (S 1959). Your loving Government has a gun to your head!
Terrorism defined by the government is violence or other harmful acts committed (or threatened) against civilians for political or other ideological goals. So yes, i do believe that there should be laws to protect people from these violent individuals.
The only people that it will effect is terrorists, so tell me, what are you so worried about? Stop being such a little girl. How would violence be necessary? Because they passed a bill?
If the government is contentious and beligerent to the U.S. Constitution, refusing to conform to the dictates of law, as this present one is, then there is justification for necessary violence if and when debate is shelved by the government.

How so? Any examples?

Sounds like our present government fits that definition of a "terrorist."
