A good short breakbeat, it is a slightly lengthened version of the original Freestylers - Intro.
The difference is that the time between the beginning and end of the main beat part is nearly exactly 1 minute long (~0:15 - 1:16).
While I wouldn't use this as a track to bboy to (it's too short) I do use it to practice powermoves for one minute long (e.g. doing one-handed hops for 1 minute, doing flares for 1 minute, holding an air-chair for 1 minute etc...), because my theory is that chances are if you are able to do a certain powermove for one entire minute non-stop, you've learned it sufficiently well.
I personally like it because the starting 15 seconds you can setup or do whatever top rock into coin drop to get into the move you're practicing, then you can try to sustain the move for 1 minute until the beat drops, then the beat ends and you can rest :)
Its also a good way to find out if you can do the powermove for 1 minute without having to look at a clock or something, you just listen to when the beat starts/ends.
