  • In October of 1970, the Partridge Family's "I Think I Love you", the Jackson Five's "I'll Be There", Smokey Robinson and the Miracles' "Tears of A Clown" and George Harrison's, "My Sweet Lord, were on the Billboard's Pop Chart and playing on the radio. All number one hits!

  • May, 1970. I am only 12, It was the nearly the end of my first year in a new school, and my mother was pregnant with my sister (who was born that October). I was listening to these tunes on WFIL Radio and Green Acres was on Saturday nights
