Beware of this information. It is generally correct but it seems that Porisky and his followers claim they are "natural persons".

A "person" wether natural or artificial is still subject to taxation. Both are corporations in the eyes of Canadian and US statutory law. Both are "public" regulated by government. Private is what you want to be if you wish not to pay taxes but you will have no recourse under any laws in your private business dealings.
