They should send a guy equipped with stilts, and photocopies of the various city, county, state, and federal legislations that mention stilts are legal at all times. This being done, let's see the police trying to stop or topple over a stilted person. Best view with a camera from up there!

You are incorrect. This rally has to do with greedy politicians who SWORE they would NOT pass same-gender marriage, but as soon as they were in office, OH WELL, TOO BAD. Shame on the Republican Senators who took money bribes $10,300.00 with more coming. You are a disgrace to New York.

It takes a lot of guts to be a single person standing up to a few cops who have him circled. Not sure why they even circled him since it is plain to see that a street seperated the guy filming from the anti gay protesters.

@goodasyou Same as last year's bus tour, NOM is using the police as their personal enforcers, constitution be damned. I hope you're going to lodge a complaint.

I also saw NYPD hassling (more physically than this) one of the religious protesters in front of city hall and also one of the counter protesters in midtown. All in all the participants were very chill, on both sides.

I too was there to photograph the NOM rally and had to hold my ground with the NYPD. There is no way they had 10,000 at this rally. I guarantee that 90-95% of the NOM rally attendees were from Ruben Diaz's church

@wonkaquarius I'd say maybe 500-600. Spoke to several cops who agreed with me. Before they started marching they were maybe 6-8 people deep penned in along 4rd avenue for max 4 blocks. It stretched out a bit when they started walking. I have some vids of the actual march too
