A South Beach Food and WIne Festival event at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. A combination of 50/50 tomato water and Spanish olive oil is dispensed directly into liquid nitrogen. The result is a "popcorn" of tomato water with a hint of EVOO. Awesome!
