  • imo a nightmare on elm street is the best horror ever made just because wen i was younger i couldnt sleep at night after watching it and its a scary horror

  • Those early memories of horror films are the best. I remember watching Christopher Lee in Dracula 1972 AD with my dad. I must have been about 10 and it sticks with me to this day

  • I was surprised that "Hellraiser" was not in your Top 10 - a horror classic. It's sequel is, perhaps, even better...

  • I like Hellraiser, but it's not one I tend to go back and watch. As with most of Barker's stuff, I think the books are so much better than the films.

  • Excellent list! I forgot about 'Creep.' that movie scared the crap out of me.

  • Thanks for watching Johnny. Indeed, Creep is a modern classic

  • Creep is definately worth a shot and I have a soft spot for Franke Potente ;-)

  • I will have to think about horror novels. I haven't read too many recently, but I did read a lot in the past. I'll post a response in a week or so. Great list of films, the only one I hadn't seen was Creep, so I'll have to check that out.
