My Husband is a Great Cook!

This is an electric stove.

For those of you worried about our home catching fire:
The stove had been turned off. The best thing to do is let the fire burn out on it's own. Moving the pot would have been a bad idea. And water wouldn't have been advised either since it was grease that was burning.

What I hate about this video is the title. She is poking fun at the husband by saying he's "a bad cook", but she's the one that should be embaressed for not cleaning the stove of the grease that was probably built up before hand.

I would have at least moved the pot off the burner. If what was in the pot was going to catch fire, it would have.

It quickly burned itself out and no harm done.

They were just fine. It was Italian Sausage that kept boiling over. The fat was the first thing to boil over so that's what was burning. They were still sitting in plenty of water.

I've got a great idea...lets record the fire ruining the stove and possibly getting out of control, instead of eliminating the situation immediately.
