I've been searching for years to find THAT exact color of liquid dripping from walls. I have had a very similar experience, freaky things going on in the apartment, but the blood or whatever creeped me out. I had the landlords send someone to check the pipes for leakage and they had no answer's for me. They kept telling me it was caused by me showering. So I would leave for 3 days at a time to a friends and come back to even more of that watered out red/orange. If anyone could help explain???
