oh oopps, I thought in her book it said she was thinking about her late friend and it was originally called the "Independence Song"

i heard that when she was writing this song she was thinking of it in the eyes of a child, to give them hope.
I survived a near death surgery where the outcome was grim, when i hear this song it makes me feel grace.
WE ARE NEVER BROKEN- how small you think your 'hands' are use them. Sometimes your presence may be the only hope someone has.
