New Super Mario Brothers On PC with Dolphin Emulator - ATI 4850 + Quad Core

Trying out the Dolpin Wii / Gamecube emulator! Works fine!

just some quick gameplay with it.

System Specs, UPDATED (2009-10-07)

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 3,2Ghz Black Edititon

GPU: Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4850 Gddr3 512MB, Dual Slot Edition.

RAM MEMORY: 4GB A-DATA DDR3 1333MHz DDR3-1333

POWER-SUPPLY: XION 500W PSU.

MOTHERBOARD: Asus M4A78T-E, AMD 790GX Socket AM2/AM3, ATX.

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB + 120GB Samsung

CASE: oooh, it's just a ugly budget case :/. Will buy a new one later on.

Actually, it isn't! All i have to do is press a button lol.

I choose the tilting to be the Q Button close to the WASD that i'm steering the character with. so it's pretty easy.

Trust me.. This shit is more demanding than gta IV (for real). At least super mario galaxy is.. you should try it out on your pc.

you can use the mouse as the motion control.

and key map yourself.

Yeah, Im amazed by this! A Wii emulator exists! People on the forums are really unhelpfull. "Mines works fine". Worst answer to a query ever! lol. You need to have a Processor overclocked to near 4ghz to run mario galaxy at a reasonable FPS. But hey! It can opnly get better! There is a PS2 emulator as well. It can work great with some games, but it is faar more demanding than this. Although I was playing God Of War 2 in HD! ;)

Your game runs soo smooth! I didn't think it would run this well even on quad cores. I may even try running my wii games on dolphin since I have somewhat similar specs.

Just curious, what program did you use to capture this video? I can't seem to find any good ones, and Fraps crashes whenever I try and use it with Dolphin.
