Capone Bodygaurd "Slippery" Frank Rio's Oak Park Home

"Slippery" Frank Rio was Al Capone's bodyguard and even served time in prison in order to protect him. He saved Capone's life by throwing him to the ground in the famous machine gun assault on his Cicero headquarters. Rio is also suspected of being one of the St. Valentines Day massacre gunmen. Shortly after that Capone arranged to have himself imprisoned and Frank went as well. In 1931 he was passed over by Frank Nitti for the figurehead role as leader following Capone's imprisonment. After that he kind of faded from the scene.
