If you wanna make it float, then hold Ctrl and drag a part upward.

not a glitch u just hold control to move it up or down, then hold shift to move it freely.

AHAHAHAHAHAHa i think it tooked hours to create floating buildings like that, and when u finally realized that u could do that by simply holding ctrl U're PC LOLED at u like never before
