Minister Yuli Edelstein sends a greeting for the New Year from the heart of Gush Etzion where he lives.

The greeting was filmed alongside the "Lone Oak", the symbol of Gush Etzion and a source of the residents' longing for the Gush that was destroyed in the War of Independence. Edelstein said that the oak that is surrounded by children and visitors today serves as a symbol that Jews and inhabitants cannot be uprooted from their homes.
