what happens if you spend too much time on the computer

My skin looks like poop and i gained weight and i quit eating as healthily as i have for a long long time

I am 21 years old and I keep spending my time on the Computer at least every day...

I don't have much time for rest.... I sleep 5 hours a day...

And I'm feeling much Older, like 53+ years old...?

Can you give me some advise how to make me quit Spending Much time on my PC ...

@tonexbehtockon i was 57 and i did not get much sleep then either. It is hard not to spend much time online, for advice i suggest forcing yourself, set a timer and promise yourself you will get off when the timer goes off. Do not beat yourself up if you are not perfect at it, it takes practice. ♥

I didn't know sugar effected your skin. I probably spend hours on the computer every day. It's really hard to take breaks from it once in a while...

You still look great Nan :] Even when I spend too much time on the computer I get antsy, and I feel like I need to move. I get addicted though, but I like being active a lot more.
