Its tail heavy.
Move the battery all the way forward or put a little weight in the cockpit.

i just bought a double horse chinook..hmm with the original shape..hm..really hard to trim..or just do like what u say....fly it over 1 meter and start triming..
-
i find it easier to take of quickly or the heli gets caught in its own wind and blows it of course. just dont take off too quickly or it will hit the ceiling.

send it in for repair, I know quite a bit about these and I'd say that one of the rotors isn't spinning enough to counteract the other rotors spin, happened to my micro mosquito when my mom swatted it out of the air. 95 bucks plop!

Try to lift up the heli quick to about 1 meter high. In this altitude there will be no turbluence from the ground. When the heli is in this altitude, them set the trim until it does not rotate in any direction and the heli goes slowly forward. I use a rear wing made from hard paper, because it is immpossible to trim perfectly this heli - but with this modification it is totally trimmed and it can be drived well :)
