Also.....generally the lower registers need to be flatter in pitch and the top registers should be higher in pitch to prevent harmonic overtones . The degree to how much pitch varies from piano to piano , but ultimately spinet pianos are worse than grands due to the amount of overlaying of the strings which allow harmonic tones to clash with each other . Lack of room is the culprit here :)
For all of you watching this video while learning the correct way to tune your piano , please note that you must initially adjust sharper than the correct pitch , then drop it down to the correct pitch to ensure the string will not stretch and go flat after tuning . Trust me......You won't want to have to tune your piano twice :)
