  • @phantomphan77 It's called love. It doesn't exist anymore, it did in 93. Good luck.

  • Am I the only one who thinks that that kiss between Max and Carla was a little strange? I mean, I know it was a tiny kiss, but there was something about it. It made me uncomfortable.

  • "He's a little boooy!"

"And if it was up to you he'd stay that way!"

    Love it.

  • Women are complicated enough as it is. Add post-traumatic stress and you'll have a whale of a time trying to figure them out.

  • Pretty intense conversation to be having in front of your 10 year old son.

  • I have never had children....but that image of her walking up to that child and smelling him....to a mother is that the same smell that a puppy dog has?....I must know...

  • @phantomphan77 it was supposed to be that way. Honest kiss makes you uncomfortable.

  • phantomfan77: Uhh, I think you just might be. Did u watch film from beginning & appreciate how these 2 survivors, both of whom were experiencing trauma from the crash, bonded?! Most underrated film in my lifetime-Bridges' masterpiece-yes, imo, better than "Lebowski". He, Peter Weir, Rosie Perez, and FILM were all robbed of Academy Awards in 1993. Compelling look at randomness of life and how love/compassion can help to soothe &, at least, partially heal broken heart/spirit.

  • His wife looks like Monica Roccaforte mmmmmmmm

  • @GIROBOTII Because he wants them to appreciate family and be with everyone. The biggest sybolism is exactly what he says. "When you die you don't get another life" Max is learning how beautiful and pure life is and he wants his son to embrace it as soon a possible. It's like our parents always say. You'll thank me when you're older.
