now at 37 and with a personal trainer, I now get it. Core exercise IS NOT about getting huge muscles but it's about being in the best shape you can ever be in. Picture a guy who can bench press 200lbs. and that's all he does. He may beat you in that press but overall he will not be stronger then you. With core excercises your body experiences a whole set of motion that your muscles and body just are not used to. You constantly shock your body.

i wouldent listen to neither of these guys both of them arent even that impressive looking. honesly stick to weight lifting then cardio add in a diet your goooood!

wow Yuri, that looked pretty intense! I am on phase 2 week 2 and it is kicking my butt! If I keep this up, I'll get back to my USMC fitness level in no time!
