@kyliothegreat I disagree, because I was born light skinned with white blotches on me. When all that faded, I was light skinned, but there was one thing that was wrong. I took up after my dad's side of the family, and they grew up through middle school with small breasts. I asked doctors and everything, and they said it would take awhile, and I'm still going through this. The size of your breasts don't matter. It's what's on the inside. If you think it's breasts size, then whatever. But its not.
