The storyline is, both Anakin and Obi-Wan have been living double lives. They have their life with the Jedi. Then they have their life with the women they love.
Obi-Wan is courting Padme, who has recently discovered her pregnancy. Obi-Wan walks out because he needs time to think.
Anakin is married to a woman named Karissa. Karissa use to be a Jedi but when she discovered she was pregnant with Anakin's first child she ran away from the temple. She now lives in Naboo with her and Anakin's two children.
