so what is a heba diffuser? some sort of filter for your downstem?

Its a product that diffuses the flow in your hookah. Instead of getting big bubbles as you normally do it diffuses it into hundreds of tiny bubbles. The bubling noise of your hookah almost completly disapears. Some people like the noise but others prefer not to have it when watching a movie for example. The smoke feels smoother with it too.

what differences can you tell w/ your smoke and taste??

as far as the taste not sure if theres a difference but all I can really say is it feels "smoother". The smoke seems to be a little more denser too.

i need my shisha to be silent with using water, if i use beads and a diffuser on steam will that do the trick?
