Geisha dance

Was lucky enough to be invited to a geniune ancient teahouse November 2007(name was Masu?)in Gion . A close friends cousin has been geisha for 15 years and was more than happy for me to attend her teahouse after hearing i was interested in Japanese tradional culture. I met 3 geisha, a meiko and the teahouse owner. Was a truly remarkable experience. I was in total awe watching the performance that night. To me, the shiamisen and singing stood out as the highlight of my holiday. Im not sure off the japanese names of the geisha, i only know the real name of the geisha in blue - Aki. This was my friends cousin.
