A truth full look into the design of the guitar. So we now know that Jim intended the paint to go like that, i thought it was a flaw because it wasn't happening to anyone else's JR tele, even people who bought it before me. O well at least we know now! Live full band People=Shit cover http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ySHWsDiyZXU

  • How are the cleans on the guitar? Really interested in this guitar. I am not a fan of his band so I won't be playing it in their low tunings. I play in D standard or Open C tuning; and use a lot of cleans along with the brootz. Thanks.

  • @sean106alcon honestly not great, unless you add some kind of delay. ive played it clean through marshall, orange and vox amps and all have been abit lacking. a delay pedal always seems to clean it up though. for reference, the clean sounds are slightly harsher than in the intro to dont speak by no doubt. not sparkling, just not distorted.

  • how thick is hhat neck...i'm used to jackson necks that are tiny

  • @yourmotherlovesme132 slightly thicker than an ibanez prestige, not as shreddy as you'd expect.

  • where can we get that satin back lockin tuners?? i cud not find it anywea

  • @MsDearme i got one of the first models, just order them seperately and fit them yourself.

  • i need a opinion I'm about to get a new guitar and i cnt decide whether i want this 1 or the epiphone les paul nightfall guitar any thoughts

  • What's the song in the background called? It was driving me insane all the way through trying to remember the name of the band.

  • If Jim picks this guitar up at a local shop, he'll take it to his tech before he gets on stage with it, Jim uses a heavier gauge string than what Fender loads it with.

  • The tuning issue is user error, mate.

  • i saw a video where jim root explains that he used the paint because he wanted the user to make the guitar personal (by wear and tear) in other words, the guitar wears very quickly
