I love Nastya not just because her parents are from my country but also because she is the embodiment of grace and beauty in women artistic gymnastics! She is like ballerina doing exceptionally hard skills with such easy flawness...

great montage. Im so glad she won the all around gold at beijing... she so deserved it. No gymnast in recent times has captured difficulty, power and outstanding elegance quite like nastia has. I love her as a gymnast, and i sincerely hope she goes far

Nastia silenced all of her critics who counted her out! She just kept plugging away after her injury and she ended up coming back stronger than ever and peaking at exactly the right time. How sweet it was to see her win the AA GOLD! I've cheered for her since I first saw her in 2005. She is a cut above the rest of the gymnastics world. She has the artistry and grace that can't be taught. Congrats to Nastia and THANK YOU to her for showing us the most beautiful gymnastics I've ever seen!
