very nice, i went there myself about 8 years ago while visting a friend in lebanon/ sweet home area...one of they many great wonders of the world I say.

Finally made it there June 2010. The trails and waterfalls are spectacular. The hiking trails were easy and maintaned. The campground was clean but nothing to do there in the campground itself. The area at the falls had a big park area and lots of parking. Also a little visitor center/store. We had a great time but once was enough. The falls I could see again but too far to drive from home.

I look forward to visiting again ...best time to hike is first thing in the morning. It's very quiet when the sun has just come up and there aren't tons of visitors yet. Very peaceful

Very neat video, brings back alot of memories for me. i used to live in Stayton Or and have family in Silverton who used to run a christmas tree farm. And I believe they sold their farm to the state for use as part of the state park.

I have hiked there few times before and really is a nice interesting falls. You can walk underneath the falls.

Ricketts Glen State Park in PA and Silver Falls State Park in OR should form rival sports teams and battle it out. : )
