Why would Congressman Charlie Dent vote against the $700 billion Bush Bailout only to flip flop and vote for the $850 Billion Bush Bailout just four days later? Perhaps the $150 billion in Washington pork barrel spending had something to do with it.
Perhaps it was just a phone call from George Bush or Wall Street lobbyists.
We may never know, but we do know that when push came to shove, Charlie Dent chose Wall Street over Main Street.

@dasimon123 You do understand about inflation, right? Basic economics teaches us when more and more people are buying the same stuff-prices will go up. Somehow adding 30 million to medicare and cutting 500 billion for medicare-good luck with that. All this extra stuff will only last 10 yrs as far as socialized medecine but we must pay several yrs before getting service. Bush-Obama-they are all the same-globalists!

I love how this goes as have not checked myself to see what happened. First, if he did flip flop-I somewhat think if it would pass without Congressman voting-I am sure we would see a commercial telling us all these politicians were taken care of their interests in Pork barrel spending but not Congressman Dent-he does not care for Penssylvania citizens. When all I see is politicians and liberal pundits do othing but insult and accuse of racism, how is this any different?

homer9868: Of course. All that matters is the lowest tax possible. Doesn't matter what that does to schools, infrastructure, police protection, etc.
Eventually, we have to pay for the things we say we want. And if Republicans regain control, God help you if you lose health insurance and get sick. At least "liberals" are trying to pay for their programs, unlike Bush with a Republican Congress.

I'm still voting for Charlie Dent because he will keep my taxes lower than your agenda ever would. Pshh typical Liberal.
