Mom furious son blamed for shocking cat abuse video, says hacker did it

SAN ANTONIO -- Disturbing video was aired Tuesday showing a cat being knocked around by someone. All we see of the abuser are his hands.

That video has put one area boy's family under investigation.

Mickey Gallegos's mother is furious about her child's name being splattered all over Facebook. Some say he is the kid in that video, shown beating the cat.

Mickey Gallegos denies that claim. "It looks nothing like me," says Mickey.

The teen's mother, Linda Gallegos says, "This has gotten way out of hand. My son's innocent. You're accusing a 13-year-old boy who loves animals. We all love animals. We just want it to stop. Please."

Linda Gallegos believes someone hacked into her son's Facebook page and posted the videos. Since then, the Gallegos' home fence has been hit by a car.

People have been calling from around the world with threatening messages, and, as a prank, someone even ordered dozens of pizzas to the Gallegos' home, leaving them with the bill.

Oh, the irony...

Beating up a poor, defenseless cat is cruel and disgusting, but sending death threats to a 13-year-old kid does not make you a better person. Especially when you have no proof if that kid actually did it. I agree that it's suspicious that he's smiling in the interview and it most certainly doesn't help his case, but unless there's actual proof, no one should be accusing anybody.

Shouldn't it be quite easy to tell if it was him? Look to see if the animals (cats) were the same. See if the room in the videos are similar to in their home. You can ever look at his hands n arms. If the videos match the home n he's got scratches on him. You got the fucker
