I received one of the 4 items I am supposed to receive about 2 weeks ago. So, I'm not really sure why the other items have not arrived, but I hope they are on their way.

Hi All!!! Claim forms were sent today to all who had sent me their e-mail addresses and info. If you have not already done so, please send me a message with your name, e-mail, address and phone so I can send you instructions on claiming your prize. Hope everybody's holidays are going great!!!
