This is the last in a series of seven short videos for the chakra's using crystal singing bowls and light. In each video I will sound the singing bowl for 3:33min. and ending in approximately 4:00min. To just check in and recenter a specific chakras in a busy day or to take your time to go through each chakra individually. ...You may use the affirmations below or just Be in the sound and light. I apologize for the background noise...I have read the coments and have seen varied idea's from TV to subliminal messages....The truth is our meditation room at our store where I recorded these is right next to my wifes hair salon and the noise you hear is her and her clients talking....With the pure vibration of the crystal bowl being purley of crystal clean vibration if there was any lower vibration it would be cleared...thats what the bowls do...I did rerecord these in the studio with a clear background and they are for purchase at my website www.12soundsolutions.com ...
