At first glance it can look like CINEMA 4D's Boole Tool doesn't do much in Union Mode. But it can be very handy when you are cutting two or more "cutting" shapes that overlap out of an object. Unless you union the shapes, you'll probably find there is no cut where the two cutter shapes overlap. Union solves this.

  • @LeLarb Just build it up shape at a time. 1+1 in a bool is 1, then bool it with another, and so on.

  • Thank you! This really helped me!

  • This seems helpful at first but i still can't see how this can be used when i want to use more than 2 objects as cutting shapes. Before this tutorial, the limit i got was one, now it's two.
