Julznc, whats the operating Range of your Bluetooth ? been thinking of making one for my Telemetry Project for my RC Helicopter......it will send the RPM of main rotor, Engine Temperature, Voltage, Altitude..........

Thats was a Brilliant Idea......I hope your Wireless Oscilloscope can also works on Samsung Cellphone.

Did you use a BlueTooth Modules?

I guess, using Existing Cellphone with Bluetooth as a Graphics Display is a lot cheaper than purching a small Graphics Display.

it should work on (most) symbian phones..
I did use bluetooth modules, the LMX9838 from National Semiconductor.

I have a few Oscilloscope, from the Vintage CRT type, USB type to Smallest Probe Scope , just type ELLIONCHAM OSCILLOSCOPE in youtube search keyword.
