  • can anyone give me advice to get from a baby freeze/turtle freez to a headstnad?

  • I don't do them myself, but I've heard that kicking your legs up when transitioning from your baby/turtle to your head helps. Doing it together in one swift mostion is probably easiest. Also, I think decent tricep strength would help.

  • do push up's.

  • Yep, doing a bunch of push up's and handstands will help for overall upper body strength to make a lot of moves easier!
