everyone was a starter at some point. keep your hands up, pull them back after every punch as quick as possible, dont stand back on your foot rotate it. other than that- rather good, keep it going.

that's looking pretty good! you just need some form work. when you're going into the kicks, don't forget to pivot your standing foot on your toes. this will help to gain power and also stabilize you. notice when you keep your foot solid on the ground you lose your balance as you return to stance. also watch the positioning of your feet, never leave your feet side by side, you 'll have no balance if pushed or punched. last thing, remember to bring your hands back to guard. @Veneratio10 i find it much easier to generate power and speed by punching with my body, arm punching may work and it was open up some weak spots in your opponents defense but when you throw arm punches your head doesn't move leaving you exposed to counters. when you let your body generate power through movement your head has to follow and your body will end up in positions to throw combos.
look at the foot youre standing on during the kick....you blockade yourself....
