these videos are very impressive, you really take the time to explain interesting topics. This is stuff teachers and professors do for work and get paid for.

just wondering, could the increase of thyroid problems be related to addition to fluoride and iodine to tap water, salt, processed foods and tooth paste?

where is part 8 ?

Man, somehow you remember me bruce lee.

As you were discussing the "I speak" part I was thinking... "Damn, maybe I am over expressing myself". I related to your winning the debate part. I want to be a little more understated and just show through my being what I'm potentially capable of instead of having to 'shout' it. Following that you answered to my thoughts with the 'Good Listening Skills' and realised I am on a positive path because I've been working on this a while now! That consecutiveness is what makes your vids so good.

I'm pleased to know I'm on the right track of study with things when I come to an Elliot Hulse video and realise he's talking about things that I've already come to learn a little about :)

Yo Elliot! I saw your intro to the hybrid muscle program, and saw that you consulted with an israeli special forces trainer for getting leaner while maintaining strength. Now my question is-I'm 17 and at 18 i'm gonna be recruited to the IDF(who'm the trainer you've talked to probably trains),and lately I've done some research and I just can't find the answer-Does body/power building help me train for the military?!I'm aiming to be recruited for the best units, like your marines .(I'm israeli :))
I really dig the advice about not trying to help others when your fucked up yourself. I strongly agree with that. Keep up with the good work Elliot, I dig your videos a lot.

would tilting your head forward (looking at the ground all the time when your sad) be the cause of weak power in your brachial plexus?
loves2spooj6969 5 months ago
@loves2spooj6969 i could be, but more likely that is a dysfunction in the solar plexus region, as you typically have to tip the ribcage forward (slouch over)in order to look at the ground.
