he deserved it..Ban Ki Moon's resume is pathetic compared to Shashi's..Shashi's has experience in the UN for years, Moon was just a foreign minister..

I respect Arun Shourie more than these poeple for the reaosn when Indira GAndhi brought emergency he left hsi job in UN and went to India and started writign agaisnt emergency.. that's courage and conviction ..

People like Shashi Tharoor elected as MP is greater hope for people of India. I saw an interview in CNBC in its program "Beatuiful People", which prompted to know more about him. PhD MP like him and PhD holder Prime Minister is greater hope for the youth of India.

I rather have AruN Shourie who left his UN job and went to INdia to write against emergency of Indira GAndhi as opposed to people like tharoro who decided to recoil and stay back in USA.
