Not sure if there is a name for the entire style of this - movements with sounds creating music etc... but the animation itself is simply rotoscope animation. Where you trace over video frame by frame. :)

This is a very creative video, it's quite entertaining to watch, as was the first one. Some people here don't appreciate a good video, but I don't think they could do better in any case.
