modifications to power rake conversion

after testing the power rake i wanted to lower the hand position in order to make it easier to pull and put down pressure on the spinning tines. i also wanted to show the bagging attachment to make it easier to fill the paper waste bags. this also protects the bag if there is anything that will punture the bag when trying to fill them. -fizzy
