Try this experiment and see what results you get. For one week tell yourself at least 50 times a day "I'm a loser. I'm worthless. I can't do anything". For the next week tell yourself, "I'm wonderful. I can accomplish anything. I love life". See how you feel at the end of each week, and you'll have your answer.
I really like the metaphor that an affirmation is like planting a seed in the ground, and though you may not see evidence now, that seed will begin to grow. Who knows what beautiful flower will grow from that seed? And all who pass by will share in its beauty with you.
Wow I saw this movie yesterday with some girl friends. I shuddered and was ready to cry through the whole movie because it's so right! I have decided now to change myself have already started! Thank you for this knowledge you spread Louise! Greetings! / Catarina Wimark
I watched the full movie for $4.95 from her web site, and it is ok movie but it is not like pay per view - you get just one chance to view it.... no rewinding, no repeating - that is kind of unfair...
"You're being given an Opportunity to Practice what you are teaching - Now its your turn" - what an amazing insight into The Universe delivering up Personal Trauma and Pain.
