I was wondering the same thing as you.. I read You Can Heal Your Life, and then I started reading the Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle... When I was reading YCHYL, I can tell you that I was able to start moving past my old ways and start changing, and noticed many small "miracles" everything seemed to be going right and I was ecstatic about it.

I have just started a 6wk Louise Hay course, at The Savoy Centre, Netherton, Dudley, West Midlands, UK.

Today is our 3rd week, helping me alot, really enjoying the course.

No matter where we travel to, how much money we have, how many materialistic possessions we own, we always carry one constant thing with us along life's path - Our thought process. We must learn to plant a small positive seed, water it, nurture it and bring it to fruition. I decided to choose, positive, happy, loving thoughts a long way back, makes me feel powerful and in charge of my life. I have a couple of Louise's books, very inspiring indeed. Nice Post.
