Glad to finally see this. This is an outrage because Banks are taking advantage of people especially those with learning difficulties who don't know much about the subject in the first place. I think Bank of America and Merrill Lynch need to be made accountable for deceiving people who aren't educated in these matters!!!

The Chinese, behind the scenes, are putting the squeeze on the US of A. TARP money going overseas? Guess where it's going? Hint: China is the USA's BIGGEST creditor. Here's how the threat goes: China tells the US that China will no longer purchase Treasuries--to finance further US debt--if China doesn't get their share of the TARP money FIRST.
