  • @zaqoiya555 i was sore the first few days, but you have to push through it. if you want results in 30 days you have to do it almost everyday no matter how sore you are.

  • I was so surprised to find out that the special k cereal i was using has high fructose corn syrup in it. That was the last time i had that cereal.
