Everyone was OK. NTSB found it was pilot error, he did not know what he was doing and switched one of the tanks to off and ran it dry. You land Cessnas with tanks switched to both.

wow the only way that cudda been better is if somebody hit a shot that hit the plane when it was going down

Kinda hard to control a plane thats plummiting to the ground. Plus, it looks to me like he did his best to avoid crashing into anybody
