Fan Veil, class routine

This rountine is for the intermediate cabaret class for the September 2008 session. Music is by Armen Chakmakian and is the first of three songs titled Birdsong from the CD Caravans.

i LOVE that routine, it was absolutely beautiful. i too watch um, another youtuber and felf, let's just say less than inspired to learn to technique of veil fans. but you have truely inspired me with this one, now i want to do it more then ever. Can i steal this routine, really?!?!?! just awesome, thank you so much for sharing!! i really would love to learn it!!

Thanks so much for your comments. Yes I steam my fan veils to take the wrinkles out so the silk can flow. Be careful not to get the fan part wet at any time. Enjoy your fan veils they are fun to dance with.

Do you have to iron the veil part? I just got mine from eBay and was wondering if I had to iron it before my first use?
