I am Maria Cappa, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a Star Diamond Coach with Team Beachbody and a Team Bombshell Bikini Athlete.

Commemorating my first year of using Beachbody Programs to go from looking like a "mom" to looking better than I did before having children. I used P90X, Insanity, Brazil Butt Lift and Shakeology to get the results you see in the video. You are such an inspiration! I have 3 munchkins... my last an emergency c-section. I have recently lost 52 pounds, but oh my goodness do I have a long way to go, STILL. =/ I am starting the p90x and cannot WAIT to start seeing the results. I am done with being unhappy with myself! Seriously, I have P90X and stopped after about 3 weeks due to my laziness...I am a 31 year old mother of a 6 year old boy and I weigh more now than I did 3 weeks after giving birth. Your video is so motivating! You look awesome and have inspired me to try again and stick with it this time!!!

@rtoca02 never say never. You know that line they used to tell us when we were 4, "You can do and be WHATEVER YOU WANT" well it still stands. Remember this as well, whether you think you can or you cant you are RIGHT. And if you havent quit you havent failed, Failure only occurs when we quit.The docs told my friend the same thing about her csection from 3 kids and I told her dont listen to them and keep at it.Guess what,her results prove them all wrong. Just keep at it!
