4 Ways to Instantly Make your Business Look MORE Professional- Women CEO Project

It's 2011- no one should look amateur! Not when we have access to some many tools, software, and Youtube of course. So below are 4 ways to instantly look more professional and because this subject is so important- this is only Part 1.

1. Create a professional VM message. I'm sure you're new potential biz partner doesn't want to hear the Isley Brothers while they wait for you to answer. You can also try google voice to use for business purposes only.

2. Get a professional email account. The time has ended for handing someone a business card with an @gmail, yahoo, hotmail. etc. In business, this is a dead giveaway that you are a beginner.

3. Get a website. If you can't afford one- no problem. Get a FREE blog from blogger.com or wordpress.com. You can also get a FREE blog template ( yes, design it for free) from Deluxe Templates or BTemplates

4. Lastly, please put a professional photo on said blog, website, linkedin page, etc. No pics of you at the club, family barbeque, or with your dog.... unless you have a dog related business...
