CSUN Protest - Nordhoff & Reseda

Hundreds of, if not at least a thousand, CSUN students protest against the rising budget cuts on public education by storming the Nordhoff and Reseda intersection where they effectively obstructed traffic. Many honked in support, though of course, obstructing traffic does lead to at least one person wanting to run us over (like in the video) and the LAPD cars and a helicopter showing up on the scene.

Ultimately, the primary success about this protest is raising awareness to be a bit more politically active at the very least. People online sure are responding to these videos when the footage is no longer on TV, for instance. It's kinda sad when people don't think their voices matter in a democratic-republic.

@werbnnerf D'awwwwww... We're sowwy~ If it makes you feel any better, the last I heard of the protest beyond that day was that they managed to take it directly to Sacramento. Who knows what'll come of it, but several student organizations did pitch in together to make it there.
